Step 1) Sign up for a Free Intro Class *2 Options (Not Required)

Option 1 – Free Saturday Class (recommended)

These occur every Saturday at 10:00 AM and are your best opportunity to experience a beginners-level group CrossFit class at EDCF. This class is reserved for incoming members. To sign up for the next free Saturday intro class & check the schedule, click below:

Option 2 – Free 1 on 1 Intro Class

If you can’t make it to a group class on Saturday, we are happy to work around your schedule and setup a time that works for you! Please click the link below & we will be in touch to confirm a time.

Step 2) Sign up for the next Prep Course *3 Options (Required to Become a Member)

Option 1 – Group Prep Course

Price: $150 **This cost covers 6 prep-course classes + an additional 1 week of unlimited CrossFit.

Typically starting twice per month, the group course is the most common way to become a new member at EDCF. You will participate in 6-classes over a 2-week period. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30 – 8:30 PM for 2 consecutive weeks. After the prep course is finished, you will have 1 week to drop-in to the normal classes before your membership starts!

**Space is limited – if the course you’re trying to sign up for is already full, you can either do a private prep-course (below) or wait for the next group prep course.

Option 2 – Private Prep Course

Price: $200

This is a 5 class option for those who can’t fit the regular group course into their schedule or who would just like some extra attention. To get started, click the link below:

Option 3 – Masters Prep Course

Price: $100

Unique to East Dallas CrossFit, the Masters Program is designed specifically to build strength, increase mobility, and improve stamina. The overall goal is to keep you moving better, longer & stronger in your everyday life outside of the gym. Designed for but not limited to athletes aged 50 and older. To join the Master’s program, you are required to complete three 1-on-1 personal training sessions to review the movements that you will see in regular classes.

Step 3) Become a Member!

Now that you’ve completed the prep course, it’s time to sign-up for a full time membership. With your membership, you will be able to sign-up for any class listed on our schedule. You can see our list membership options below.

**If you’re transferring from another CrossFit gym, or have past CrossFit experience, you may be able to skip the prep-course and sign up for a membership anytime. Depending on your level of experience, we may require a 1-hour skills test to make sure you can safely join our classes! Please contact us to discuss the options.
