Youth Athlete Development

This program is designed to take youth-athletes to the next level by teaching the foundations of strength training. A few years back, Coach Sean started training his own son in the gym during the off-season for club baseball. We now work with several club-level teams from elementary to high school level.  Our coaching staff works together with teams to create sport-specific programming. We will work with coaches and parents to find ideal training times to keep as many kids from the same team training together as possible.
