These workouts, known as “Hero Workouts” are designed to challenge and push CrossFit athletes to their limits while paying tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The workouts featured in “Meet The Heroes – Navy Edition” are specifically honoring US Navy service members from the crossfit.com/heroes page.
