Performance

A) E2MOM x 8 sets

Sets 1-4: 1 high hang snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch

Sets 5-8: 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch

B) 4 rounds for time:

– 400m run or 1000/800m bike

– 15-12-9-6 hang power snatch (95/65, 75/55)
