– 1 power clean @ 80-90%

 

B) Every 5 minutes x 3-4 sets:

– 400m run

– 10 deadlifts (225/155, 205/145, 185/125, 155/105, 135/95, 115/75)

– 10 pull-ups

– 10 burpees over the bar

 

RX+ use 275/185 and perform 8 CTB pull-ups.
