A) E2MOM x 6 sets:

– split jerk

Set 1&2: 3 reps @ 65-75%

Set 3&4: 2 reps @ 75-85%

Set 5&6: 1 rep @ 85-95%

*On the first 3 sets pause 1 count at bottom of dip and at catch.
