A) E3M x 4 sets:

– 5-7 bench press @ 20X1

– 8-10 bent over DB torso rows/side @ 20X1

*stay slightly heavier than last week on BP.  

 

B) 5 rounds for time:

– 200m run

– 12/8 hand release push-ups

– 10 box jumps – step down (24/20”)
