Athlete of the Week: Shawn F.

Don’t let that mean face fool you! Shawn has been with us from the very beginning and has diligently been coming up to 5 times per week ever since we first opened our doors. He has really benefitted from the CrossFit methodology during the transfer from his old globo gym. While barely able to chug through his first ever WOD, Shawn has been tearing up the whiteboards with some pretty sick times and numbers. Keep up the good work Shawn!
