3. Jump Right In or Learn More with Our Prep Course!
New to CrossFit? You can dive right into our classes without a prep course, thanks to our beginner-friendly “fitness” program that runs alongside our “performance” program. However, if you prefer a more personalized start or want to learn more technical movements, you can opt for our optional CrossFit Prep Course. The Prep Course includes 3 sessions where you’ll learn technique, work around limitations, and build your fitness level and confidence. You have two prep-course options to get started:
Group Prep Course $180
- 2 small group classes with an experienced coach
- Held on M/Tu/Th evenings
- Includes 3+ weeks of regular classes
Private Prep Course $230
- 2 one-on-one sessions with an experienced coach
- Individualized approach, scheduled at your convenience
- Includes 3+ weeks of regular classes
Out of town Drop-In?
Visiting from out of town and want to hop into one of our classes? No problem! After purchase, please go ahead and sign up for the class you wish to attend.
