– 4 strict pull-ups
– 2 burpees
Performance

B) E60S x 10-20 sets:
– 3 touch and go power clean + push jerk (155/105, 135/95, 115/75, 95/65)
– 3 strict or 5 kipping pull-ups
– 3 burpees over the barbell
