– 5 push-ups
– 20 single unders
*Add one squat clean every round.
Performance

Sets 4-6: 1 clean
*Receive in squat if able
B) 15 min AMRAP:
– 1 squat clean (135/95, 115/75, 95/65)
– 3 toes to bar
– 5 push-ups
