– 2 goblet hold reverse lunges

Performance

– 6 front squats @ 70-72.5%
B) 12 min AMRAP:
– 30 double unders
– 2 front rack reverse lunges (95/65, 75/55)
– 2 shoulder to overhead
– 2 lemon squeezes
