For time:

– 1 mile run

– 100 pull-ups

– 200 push-ups

– 300 air squats

– 1 mile run

 

*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats however you want. If you have a weight 20/14lb weight vest, wear it.

*Full Murph starts at 8:30am, the half starts at 8:00am. All other classes are cancelled.
