Sets 1-3: 3 @ 60-70% w/ pause

Sets 4-6: 2 @ 75-85%

Sets 7&8: 1 @ 90%

 

B) 5 rounds for time:

– 200m run

– 8 shoulder to overhead (135/95, 115/75, 95/65 75/55)

– 30 double unders
