A) E2MOM x 5 sets:

– 2 front squat

*Start at heaviest triple from last week and build.

 

B) 3 sets for quality:

– 1 lap double KB overhead walk (AHAP)

– 16 reps death march + 16 reps walking lunge (go right into lunges)

– 8 atlas stone to shoulder (alternate shoulders)

– L-sit x 30 sec (accumulated if not unbroken)
