– 20 wallballs (20/14)

– 15 box jumps – SD (24/20”)

– 10 push press (115/75, 95/65, 75/45)

 

*Complete each time in a different order at the same pace.

*RX+ use 135/95.

 

B) 3 sets for efficiency:

– 20 elevated/banded psoas march

– 20 reverse snow angels
