– front squat x 5-6 reps @ 75-80%

B) Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 sets) a 90-95% pace:

– 500/400m row

– 10 hang squat cleans (135/95, 115/75, 95/55)

– 15 CTB pull-ups
